Ordering Information

Lead Times

Custom cakes require at least 2 weeks notice. Cupcakes, cakesicles, and keto treats require at least 5 days notice for orders.

Collection & Delivery

Collection is available from our Leicester location. Delivery is available within Leicester and surrounding areas. Nationwide delivery can be arranged for special occasions.

Allergen Information

All our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering. We can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice.

Custom Design Consultation

For bespoke cakes, we offer a complimentary design consultation where we'll discuss your vision, theme, colors, and flavor preferences to create your perfect cake.

Important Information & Policies

Please read before placing your order

Business Information & Policies

  • Working Hours: 9am - 7pm (Enquiries will also be answered within this time)
  • Urgent Queries: If your query is urgent, please call me on my mobile. If I am busy, please leave me a message.
  • Deposits: All orders require a 50% deposit on booking to secure your date and product (non-refundable)
  • Payment Methods: Deposits can be made via PayPal or Bank transfer
  • Occasional Orders: Full payment required to secure date and order

Cake Orders & Collection

Collection Instructions:

  • When collecting a cake, please hold the box from the bottom with both hands
  • Place the cake on a flat surface in the car (preferably by the passengers footwell)
  • Do NOT place the cake on the seat as it is more likely to collapse

Storage & Shelf Life:

  • Cakes are baked fresh and will last 3-4 days, 1 week in the fridge, or 2 months frozen
  • If cakes contain fresh fruits, please consume within the same day
  • Cakes can be kept in room temperature if cut on the same day
  • Fresh cream cakes need to be kept in the fridge if not cut within 4 hours from collecting the cake

Design & Color Matching:

  • When working with a certain color palette for a cake, I will try my best to match it as close as possible. There may be a difference in color.
  • If you give me a design to recreate for you, I will match it as close as I can, but will never copy another baker's design exactly, as all my cakes are unique and different.
  • We cannot guarantee the exact same design or color when replicating another cake or even my own design.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to check the cake when collecting it. Once it leaves my premises I will not take responsibility for any damages or dislikes of the cake.

Cake Jars

Storage:

  • Cake jars containing fruits or fresh cream need to be consumed on the same day or kept in the fridge straight away and consumed within 3-4 days
  • For any other flavors there's a shelf life of 3 days or kept in the fridge for 1 week

Postage:

  • Jars that contain fruits and fresh cream are not suitable for postage orders
  • All other flavors can be posted anywhere in the UK via Royal mail 1st class or special delivery

Ordering:

  • For a selection of flavors I usually take orders for these on specific Cake jar days. Keep an eye out for my stories or posts.
  • For any custom orders on my cake jars there's a minimum order of 4 jars per flavor

Graze Boxes & Platters

Ordering Information:

  • To place an order please specify which graze you would like and how many people you want it to feed
  • Each graze comes in 2 or 3 different sizes
  • I will need a minimum of 3-4 days notice

Deposits & Allergies:

  • To confirm all bookings we will need a minimum of 50% deposit which is non-refundable
  • This can be done via bank transfer or PayPal
  • Please specify any allergies or requirements you may have

Storage:

  • Graze platters contain mainly fresh fruit and cheese so please consume on the day or can be kept in the fridge over night
  • If there is something in particular you don't eat please let me know and we can consider swapping it for something else

Postal Orders

Delivery Options:

  • We have 2 options when posting any orders: 1st class signed for and recorded delivery via Royal mail
  • For 1st class signed for they will require your signature so please make sure someone is at home to receive your post

Liability:

  • We do not take any liability for losses or damages done via Royal Mail. Therefore, I will not be issuing any refunds for mistakes made on their part such as loss or mishandling.
  • However for recorded delivery, I will be able to track the parcel and make sure it does not get lost. If in any case the parcel does get lost, I can refund the postal fee, BUT not the full refund for the product/goods.

  • Please make sure you choose the correct postage option when placing your order

General Product Information

Product Details:

  • When placing an order with me please give me as much detail as possible for the product/s you require
  • When it comes to chocolate covered strawberries, please note that they are made with fresh, natural fruit. Because strawberries are grown in nature and not manufactured, we cannot guarantee uniform size, appearance, or taste. Variations are normal and part of what makes each strawberry unique
  • I would really appreciate it if you could avoid requesting photos before collection, as it can be a bit difficult for me to keep up with all the requests. Where possible, I will of course share photos. Thank you for your understanding

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hrs when placing an order
  • Deposits will not be refunded if you decide to cancel a cake, however under extreme circumstances I will be happy to put that towards your next order within the year
  • If I cancel your order due to any unforeseen circumstances, I will refund the deposit
